By placing an order on courtyardbyabhi.com, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions.

 

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, wallets, Razorpay, PayPal, bank transfers, and selected Pay Later options.

 

Order Confirmation

 Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee availability; in rare cases of stock issues, we will notify you promptly.

 

Measurement Options

 

Standard Measurement

  •  Garments are produced according to standard sizing as displayed on the website.

 

Custom Measurement

  •  Customers may opt for made-to-measure sizing.
  • Dispatch timelines may extend depending on customisation requirements.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Courtyard by Abhi is not liable for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

 

Cancellation Policy

  •  Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email.
  • Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
  • Approved cancellations will be issued only in the form of a Credit Voucher (no cash refunds).
  • Credit Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and may be used during sale periods.
  • Once production has commenced, bespoke, customised, or made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

  •  Bespoke and made-to-measure products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges
  • Ready-to-buy products are not eligible for return or refund, except in the following circumstances:
    • The product received is damaged or defective.
    • An incorrect item has been delivered.
    • A manufacturing defect is identified.
    • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@courtyardbyabhi.com with clear images and order details.
    • Approved claims will be processed as an exchange or Credit Voucher at our discretion.

 

Shipping & Customs

 International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Product Disclaimer

Slight colour variations may occur due to studio lighting, photography, and screen settings. This shall not be considered a defect or grounds for return.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

These policies shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
