Shipping Timelines

  • Domestic Orders (India): Estimated delivery within 2–6 weeks, depending on the product
  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 2–8 weeks, depending on the product and destination.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Complimentary domestic shipping across India.
  • International shipping charges may apply depending on order value and destination. Applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery Information

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Customers will receive tracking details via email once the order is dispatched.
  • Orders cannot be redirected or rerouted once dispatched.

 

Alteration Shipping

  • Complimentary alteration shipping is available within 14 days of delivery for approved alteration requests.
  • Alteration requests raised after 14 days may incur shipping and service charges.

 

Delays & Liability

Courtyard by Abhi shall not be liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, customs clearance, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of order. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
