Refund policy

At Courtyard by Abhi, every garment is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail and individuality. As many of our pieces are custom-made and produced in limited quantities, we maintain the following policy.

 

Bespoke / Made-to-Measure Orders

All bespoke, customised, and made-to-measure orders are specially created as per individual requirements, including custom sizing, colour changes, and personalised requests.

 

These orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

 

In case of minor fitting concerns, complimentary alteration support will be provided for apparel, subject to review and approval by our team. See our Alteration Policy for details.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements while placing custom orders.

 

Ready-to-Buy Products 

Ready-to-buy products are not eligible for return or refund, except in the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • An incorrect item has been delivered

 

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@courtyardbyabhi.com with:

  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • Order number and delivery details

Approved claims will be processed as an exchange or Credit Voucher at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email.
  • Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Approved cancellations will be issued only in the form of a Credit Voucher (no cash refunds).
  • Credit Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Credit Vouchers may be used during sale periods.
  • Once production has commenced, bespoke or customised orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Products purchased during promotional sales may have restricted cancellation or exchange eligibility, as specified at the time of purchase.

 

Alterations

  • Complimentary alterations for apparel are available within 14 days of delivery.
  • Courtyard by Abhi will bear shipping costs for alteration services within this period.
  • Requests raised after 14 days may incur service and shipping charges.
  • Alteration timelines depend on the extent of modification required.
  • Altered garments are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Domestic shipping across India may be chargeable.
  • International shipping charges may apply depending on order value and destination.
  • Courtyard by Abhi is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Shipping charges
  • Customs duties and import taxes
  • Charges for failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address

 

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to photography lighting and screen settings. This is not considered a defect.
  • Products purchased during promotional sales may not be eligible for cancellation or exchange unless otherwise specified.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These policies shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in relation to the use of this website or the purchase of products.
